The World Social Forum: Quebec Youth Share Their Learnings

Join us for a virtual discussion in which a group of young people, returning from the 2026 World Social Forum (WSF) in Cotonou, Benin, will share the key lessons learned from this international gathering. Building on the legacy of the Cotonou WSF and the World Social Forum on Intersections held in Tio’tia:ké (Montreal) in 2025, this event will highlight young people’s civic engagement as a driving force in a changing world and explore how their experiences can serve as a catalyst for learning in Quebec.
On the agenda: a dynamic presentation of young people’s testimonies, followed by an interactive discussion with Quebec and international civil society representatives. Whether you are a civil society activist, a member of a community organization, or an engaged citizen, come help transform this international momentum into a driving force for building bridges within civil society, from the local to the global level.
